A kitchen renovation for a home built in 1934 in the  Medlock Place Historic District  of Phoenix.  This renovation included opening up the existing kitchen area for an open floor plan layout to better address the new owners needs.  An island was added to anchor the kitchen area and provide casual seating. Future phases of the project will expand a small second floor area and provide a new master suite as well as site work to include a detached garage and new pool area.
