PINNELLA KAHNG architecture studio LLC provided full architectural services for the re-development of a single tenant commercial  building at McDowell and 34th in Phoenix, Arizona.  Cricket Wireless purchased the aging building to transform it into a multi-tenant retail center.  The new center will contain restaurant, retail, office and warehouse spaces.  Currently under construction, the revitalized center is scheduled to open in 2020.
